Mobile tech comes out Tues am, cooling unit toast, and we have a service contract. By Tues pm service contract dealt with,
part on the way, tech will pick up late weds. Tech calls late wed afternoon part is in hand be there 10 am Thurs. Tech calls 9:45 Thurs, 10 minutes out, Thurs 4 pm repairs made area clean fridge works all good.

Full time back through home April May for Dr's. Dentists friends etc. Because we have learned that anything regarding the service contract requires approval, I call the dealer we bought the coach from 11 months prior explain we are full time ask for a drop in for diagnosis, to expedite the claim, explain we can return the rig at their convieance when parts S/C etc have been sorted out.

We have called many times, which is doubled because they never return calls. We have stopped by twice since the first stop, always get the paper shuffle and "We don't even know who you are" look.
no resolution on any problem, no appointment for service proposed, we are full time and want to be on the road to the AlCan by 5-22
We paid this dealer over 100k for this used coach and this level of service sucks. By the message boards in the service dept. And over heard conversations, it's all about pre delivery not service
