Stopped in motor home for going too slow on I-80
This just goes to show how things can escalate to a huge problem when you are just driving along minding your own business. Kinda hard to believe this goes on. Motor home stopped for going too slow

You are right, which is what happened when it went to court. Both sides gave their story and the court ORDERED the money returned to the rightful owner. Now the state does not want to abide by the court order nor do they want to pay the court costs. So yes there are two sides and the court determined who was right. :R
They are appealing, which is all part of the process. We'll see what the appellate court says.
