- 1BryNelsonExplorerwow thank you so much. No master switch so now I can start a trace on power going on.
- Hank_MIExplorerSwitch in our Bounder is with the step switch, porch light and some overhead lights.
- TinstarExplorerI had that problem. No master switch. I found the lights were wired together. I found a wire in the first bay was loose therefore, NONE of the lights had power. Just pulled the light out and there was the wire nut that wasn't tight. Tightened it and all was well. It could just as easily happen anywhere along the circuit connections.
- JimM68Explorerwe had a 99 pace arrow vision (36 ft, ford chassis) and there was a master switch for the compartments lights. I don't recall if it was on the dash, ot in the overhead above the door where the battery disconnects and slide switches were.

I can't locate the fuse. Any help????

Are you positive you are "not getting any power",(aka: + 12VDC), to those lights?
In one of the "basement" compartments of my coach, there's a "master switch" that turns ON/OFF the grounds to all of the compartment lights.

'96 Safari - 1BryNelsonExplorerIve been unable to locate any switches anywhere that operate these lights, bulbs all new.
- ArchHoaglandExplorerMy bays lights, with the exception of the wet bay, are controlled by a switch at the entrance door.
What's interesting is the fact there is no switch on the lights in the bays. One on, all on.
The wet bay has a automatic switch so when the door opens the light comes on.
I assume the bulbs are good based on the statement that no power is there. - siggyd777ExplorerMy Newmar MH has the switches for the basement lights and the basement door-locks down by the passenger seat outer armrest.(down low)
Siggy - 1BryNelsonExplorerthis why so preplexed. no switch by door, in with battery disconnect nor on dash. I also haven't been able to locate a fuse labeled to control the lights.
- othertonkaExplorerMost Fleetwood RV's have a master switch that controls the power to all the compartment lights. It should be located somewhere near the entry door. If not there try on the dash somewhere. The purpose is so you can turn the power OFF to all the lights at one time so you don't leave one ON by mistake. each compartment light still has an individual switch but for them to work the Master switch has to be in the ON position.
