It wasn't damaged going in and was damaged before it moved out and they are denying it was done. What are you going to do? You can't prove anything and their contract says they carry no insurance,all damage is on you. I have insurance,but if they would just come up with the part that was tore off the fender it wouldn't be a big deal,but they said they didn't do it and they don't have the piece. It even bent the steps.. I paid up another year storage before I found it out and when I told them I just couldn't leave it there anymore they sent me a contract where it says NO REFUNDS. Nice bunch, wouldn't you say. I've been there 6 years. Great loyalty. I guess it's all over money. Somebody drove it or moved it. I wonder if they hit someone else's coach and are doing the same to them. I guess I'll never know.
They have a policy that only the owner and Son can move coaches in and out. Thought that was a good idea so as no one else is playing demolition derby. I know if I damaged someone else's coach, I would let them know.That's why I have insurance. Accidents happen.
