Storing your Class A

I rent two storage garages. One in Southern California that is in a complex of about 100 individual garages where the property is gated and camara'd. I have just a 30 amp plug-in. I rent it all year but don't use it in the summer. I can only use one roof air in this configuration and it's just too hot during that time (can be 118+ in July).
My second garage is in the city of my other home in a huge building holding several hundred RV's of all types. The property is gated and camara'd also. I do have a 50 amp connection in this building.
So, my bus is protected when not in use at each location. My brother is using my space in the 'big building' as he normally parks his 5th wheel at his residence. I told him to use it while I'm gone but 'skeedattle' when I come back home.
