Thanks everyone. The Progressive adjuster was excellent. He spent about 4 hours documenting everything. I had no idea the kind of damage we can incur on our coaches. The awning arm was pushed out about 4" and has to be replaced. An 8"-10" v shaped tear in the roof along the radius, along with about a 2" gash and voila we need an entire new roof. Drivers side windshield, and a bedroom window. Add in all the scratches on the fiberglass and we are suddenly looking at $10,000 in repairs. He recommended several shops he was familiar with, and I called 2 I knew about (1 no RV repairs, the other, motor and drive train work only)
I bought the coach at PPL, but they were backed up. I called Holiday World (from the adjuster's recommendation) and the service manager said he would come out that evening and look my rig over. Him coming to me!!!! He said no problem getting her safely running so we could leave for the family reunion, and then he would be happy to perform the rest of the repairs. We picked her up this afternoon, and are now packing for the trip. Looks like crime scene tape all over the side with the scrapes, but we are happy.
Sure glad I didn't have to go back to Camping World. I highly recommend the staff at Holiday World South in League City Tx if anyone needs service in this area.
