It's a spoof. The ad was placed by Craigslist under Best of Craigslist. People write some pretty funny, and at times, very creative fake ads. Craigslist will pull the best ads and place them in the "best of" category.

The add is almost 2 years old by now. He and his mom could be raising a child by now.
