You must be on your computer and they have to have access to your computer, so if you don't want them on it don't call them. Have patience with them they have a foreign accent but I'm telling you they definitely know what they are doing.

While many, many "service" extensions of the larger companies, like Microsoft, are using "foreign" folks, do be aware that, since they've accessed your computer, it's quite possible they will be calling you in the future, with that same FOREIGN accent, telling you that you have a problem with your computer and they will, for a fee, repair your problem. And they will even state your computers name, model number etc. 'cause they have that info. Just some thoughts here.
