Good advice by all suggesting taking back to the factory. However, if the factory recommended CW, it won't hurt to see what the verdict is on the problem and whether it is indeed the fiberglass that cracked or is it in the gel coat, paint or perhaps even vinyl graphics. I would not let CW do any repair work though until being fully appraised of the problem and the factory suggested fix. Also, if the OP is not satisfied with the answers they are getting, it is amazing what one certified letter from an attorney will do. OP can call local bar association for a referral to a product liability attorney and contact the referral and ask what it will cost for just a warning letter to be sent out.
