+1 on the ECM. Similar issues on my E350 van. Hard to start, stalling, transmission starting in 3rd gear, etc. You can buy a replacement ECM from any auto parts store or mail order for $100 or so. It's easy plug and play as long as it's accessible on your RV, so it would be a pretty cheap shot at getting you on the road.
Also agree with others I doubt it's an ABS controller. When it or a wheel-speed sensor fails the ABS light on the dash comes on but other than the ABS not functioning it does nothing to affect the drivability.
