Good post as I will be selling one in the spring.

There's RVtrader.com, RVT.com, Craigslist to start with a few. And don't forget about ebay. I've done pretty well with ebay.

I used Craiglist and sold two Class A's within a matter of weeks. Just set a realistic selling price(don't give it away unless you are really desperate) and write up a COMPLETE description of the RV and include the 24 maximum photos. List everything the coach has as options and list ALL of the extras that come with it. Tell about it's service history and tell exactly what manuals that you have that will go with the sale. Tell about the age of the tires, because the buyers will ask. On my last coach, I negotiated with the buyer to install 6 new tires of his choice. He paid for them but did not want to go through the hassle of buying and installing new tires. He just wanted to hop in the coach and go and since I took care of his issues, he paid my price. Basically you have to write your ad as if you are trying to sell the coach to someone that knows nothing about RV's and you have to give them all of the details that you can. Most of the other listings will not say much so you want the perspective buyers take your ad seriously. In both of my sales, the buyers came from out of State even tho I only advertised the RV in central Florida. I hope your health issues improve and you can get back to the RV lifestyle.
