With 10 days I would take 87 out of Amarillo to I-25 north to Colorado Springs and Piles Peak. Then take 24 to Buena Vista and north to I-70.
I-70 west to 13 at Rifle, CO. North on 13 to Craig, CO and into Wyoming on 789 to I-80. West on I-80 to 191 at Rock Springs, WY. North on 191 to Jackson, WY. This is a good place to stock up on groceries and fuel - a couple large groceries just south of Jackson.
Then head into Grand Teton Nat'l Park. Stay at Colter Bay RV if you want full hookups or Gros Ventre or Colter Bay campgrounds if dry camping is o.k.
Grand Teton Nat'l Park
Continue north through Teton NP into Yellowstone. Fishing Bridge RV in the park is the only one with full hookups. There are many dry campgrounds. Madison is nice.
Yellowstone Nat'l Park
Your 10 days will go by fast so plan on heading straight back. If you can squeeze in more time it would be advisable.
