sun visors

We have a 2012 Coachman Mirada. The sun visors are way too short to be of any use at all. I would like to install a roll down full width sun screen/visor. Can this be done? Does anyone know who supplies this product and who would install it? Thanks.

    Yup - several manufacturers of powered visors - MCD, Carefree, AutoMotion, etc. and they're all user installable, if the user has basic mechanical skills, ie. you know which end of a screwdriver goes in your hand.

    I believe what you're looking for are the Carefree Smartvisors. You can get them off eBay and they're pretty simple to install yourself.....Dennis

    I recently upgraded my cockpit with shades from MCD Innovations. Many of the OEMs use them. Very pleased with them as a replacement to the standard curtains, and also work great as full-width visors.
