Super C Towing Capability
For those using a Super C with a toad, what type of rig and what is the capability of the coach? Everything working well?

- My Super C is a 2004 GM C5500 34' with 2 slide. I tow a Chevy Captiva 3.7K lbs. Had the motorhome and toad weighed last fall. 25,250 lbs. Over 90K miles without problems.
- Thor 35SK Chateau. Rated for 10K. Tow a 20' PJ buggy hauler with either a 2002 Wrangler or a 2013 Sequoia
- I tow over 7,000 lbs behind mine with no problem at all. Tows with ease. It is the main reason we bought what we did.
If you look closely, you can see my rock crawler on the trailer in this picture.
- Mine has a 10,000# tow capability. I understand Nexus just went to a 15,000# capacity. Same rig as mine just a different hitch on it.

We like it and are still working some of the bugs out. I just got it back from the International dealer here. They had to rework the exhaust for both the chassis and the generator. It had some issues. Make sure you stay at the factory for a few days and try everything out including making sure you fridge runs on gas. Ours didn't. Butch50 wrote:

Butch50, we will be camping out @Nexus on Friday, then leave Saturday morning off to INDY for the NHRA U.S. Nationals drag race for the weekend to try and get a good shake down run. What kind of exhaust issues? Maybe psot that on the new thread. :) Sorry for the hijack guys.
