They were looking out for my safety, and the safety of the general public. They were not working against me, and I don't see how one around here can think other RVers are working against them. I see very knowledgeable people wanting to help.

And you mention the pratical side of it. Well I know that if I modify a commercial trailer used under DOT regulations that it has to go back to the manufacturer for a new manufacturer's modification sticker before it can be legally ran on the highways. Practical is not always safe!
