I have a Ford Triton V10 and it calls for 5-20W synthetic blend. I can get a really good deal on Mobil 1 5-30W full synthetic is this ok or am I going to have issues with the higher weight?

Been using Mobil 1 5w-30 since our coach had 10,000 miles now has 89,000 absolutely no problems.
The 5w-30 won't harm your engine

P.S. The reason Busskipper gave for Ford recommending the 5w-20 is correct--better fuel mileage, but you'll never see any fuel mileage increase from using the 5w-20 oil.
