we travel normally with 1/4 of fresh water.
Black and grey empty. We dump any time a dump station or hookups are available.
Start and stop is just that for the genset. Push and hold start until fires up, push and hold stop until it completely stops.
LED indicators for battery and holding tanks are not very accurate.
