Tadi Brothers - Awesome Customer Service

I recently purchased a 3 camera wireless system from Tadi brothers (rear and 2 side) to install myself. I had several issues come up during the install and communicated with the company. I can only say they have the best customer service I have ever encountered - they were quick to respond and switched out some items I needed to make my system work. I wholeheartedly endorse them and now that I finally have all three (3) cameras working, their products.

  • I had a different experience. I just bought two of their $375.00 camera systems, giving one each to my daughters for their new fifth wheels. They were both celebrating their ten year wedding anniversaries. I spoke with Eddie (salesman) who did a good job and honored some online discounts. I bought on Tuesday and my CC was charged before I even hung up the phone. He told me they were getting new versions of the cameras I bought on Friday and they would ship out Friday afternoon.

    Friday came and went, no camera notice. I waited until Tuesday and called them, got the story, that the new cameras would be in Wednesday and ship. Friday came and went and no notification. I called Monday, spoke to Eddie this time, and was told they would ship Wednesday. No notification until Friday and didn't receive them until Tuesday. So my CC was charged three weeks before the product shipped. I live 28 miles from their warehouse. I'm glad I didn't drive over to pick them up.

    Next issue....both new fifth wheels came with Furion camera mounts already installed. I was sold the adapters for $30.00 each. When they arrived with the cameras, they were a piece of junk. They were just a metal plate that replaced the plastic plate on the Furion camera bracket. It didn't come with any bolts to attach the plate to their camera bracket. Once we sourced the bolts, the thing looked like an abortion with their bracket bolted to the Furion bracket. We tossed their bracket and I made a simple flat metal plate, drilled four holes and mounted it to the camera bracket. A much cleaner, sturdier and smaller assembly. So for $30.00, we got a 6" cable to convert the power cable on the Furion mount to the cable on the Tadi camera. No way would I ever have placed my name on this lousy mount.

    On the good side, the camera and monitor system I bought is the all in one where the transmitter is built into the camera and the receiver is built into the monitor with a 150' range. The camera was all metal and nicely built.

    Lastly, Tadi Brothers said they would extend the warranty by a year because of the shipping issue, yet sent nothing to that effect with the cameras.
  • I am another with an A++ rating for TadiBrothers. I bought a 4 camera system from them. I wasn’t satisfied with the original monitor. They, without question, exchanged the monitor for different one, which met my needs better. They were very helpful in installing the Recording system, so I could record the cameras in case of any questions in an accident, even though I had different requirements than their system was originally intended for. I would add that I tried several cheaper systems from both Amazon and E-Bay before going to TadiBrothers. The color reproduction and definition was head’s and shoulders above the others on the TadiBrothers system. I am a 100% happy customer.
