Team drivers: You can only use the bottom bunk (hot rack)and there is a "bed restraint system" like a cargo net of seatbelt straps that goes over the bed to hold you to the mattress. Some just make a cargo net wall with the bunk above. Since you can get bounced off the mattress (think human basket ball), I like the style that goes over you and holds you to the mattress. You also sleep with our head behind the driver to protect your head as it's a natural reflex for the driver to protect themselves. There are hard points built into the back wall and front of the lower bunk.
