I would like to calibrate my tank monitors, but Mine control panel does not have any screws to adjust, any help would be great.the plate has KIB on the front.
Unfortunately, as a previous post indicated, there is little or no adjustment available on any of these systems. Our experience through several different units over the years is that they are seldom very accurate. That said, most offer at least some guidance once you become familiar with how the readings relate to your particular unit and its characteristics.
You may have to remove the front display panel; on mine, it can be unhooked/removed with a screwdriver in a little indentation at the top edge. There may be adjustment potentiometers on the back of the circuit board. They may also not have any adjustments available; on mine, the circuit board has traces for adjustment potentiometers, but fixed resistors are instead installed.
Generally, you can not calibrate them because there is one light for each sensor. If the sensor detects fluid, it lights up. The only way to calibrate it would be to move the sensors in (or on) the tank.
