Test drove a 2006 Monaco Dynasty Countess wierd experience

If you like the rig, my course of action would be to make repairs of the steering and brakes a condition of the sale. If the seller refuses and you still want the rig, take it to a shop and at least have the problems professionally diagnosed. I wouldn't spend as much money as that Dynasty will command buying a pig in a poke.
