Texarkana AR to Mobile AL favorite stops

I’ll be traveling from Texarkana AR to Mobile AL the second week in February. I should have seven day to make the trip. Any favorite places to visit? I don’t have a particular route in mind and haven’t spent any time in the area except for New Orleans. Thanks in advance for all the help!
