I quit trying to compare myself with others on this forum. We have a 2002 Itasca 32V Sunrise. when we took our first two long trips, I religiously calculated the mileage per tank, averaged out at 7.9 mpg towing a 2 door jeep wrangler rag top. We went from the Seattle area to lake Powell and back, and then to Anaheim and back. Started to feel inadequate with all the numbers I was seeing on this forum. Discovered what other posters have said. I didn't buy the MH to get good gas mileage, so now I don't really look at mileage, just drive to where were going, fill up when I need to, and drive it back home. Wonderful fun.
