YES, absolutely agree. The US and State highways are now in much better shape than the Interstates, plus we can move at a slower pace and see much more.
Also, for the record, if you enjoy driving 50-55 mph, the secondary roads are where you belong anyway. If any of us travel 50-55 on an Interstate, we are nothing but a hazard, and it will be just a matter of time before we become the reason for a serious altercation. Just my 2 cents worth.
