To me, this looks more like a modest step up from a typical class C, rather than an attempt to compete with something like a diesel pusher with enormous tanks etc. The holding tank sizes really don't look that small in that context, nor the weight especially limiting. Likewise the overall length and size are more along the lines of a class C than a (large) class A.
The battery bank does seem rather minimal for a residential fridge; that would probably be my biggest gripe with how its equipped. I'd also much prefer a permanent propane tank to the portable cylinders. Both of these suggest to me that dry camping and cool weather camping was not much of a design goal.
