DW and I bought a 2016 Thor ACE in last February. So far, we have put almost 8K miles and spent about 70 days/nights living in it. Did not have any of those issues. Granted, I bought from a different dealer, one that did a complete prep before we took possession. I don't think it is a problem with Thor or ACE, but the dealer prep. JMHO
