We took ours back to camping world for a "we owe" on the AC from the purchase. Within 60 minutes of being told 6 more weeks and I was a fool because it didn't have 3 ACs (which it does), I busted into the door of the GM to get resolution. After they checked it in, the Service Manager said the stupidest thing I ever heard, but it was probably true. He asked us not to be mad with the service writer because he was only doing his job- he pays him to discourage people and send them down the road because the shop is so busy.
