Magilla.....It's really a personal choice. I never buy them, but did once on my new Monaco in 2005. I bought it through the dealer and never used it. I was suppose to get a large portion of it back, but they went out of business (this was during the big recession).
I do all of mine work, maintenance and repairs. I've never had a need for one. But....If I wasn't the type to work on my own coach and bought a used motor home, I would probably look at one. There are several major companies that offer them, just look at the fine print. We have friends that have used theirs and saved many times the purchase price of the contract.
