This is a comp claim so they won't raise his rates like they would for a collision. Look at the CONTRACT YOU SIGNED with the dealer when you TURNED YOUR COACH over to them. Most likely the CONTRACT says they are NOT RESPONSIBLE for theft, fire or damage...pretty standard dealer contracts.... let your insurance handle it....Dennis
