Many lawyers have shoved this sign/language up the dealer's.. exhaust port.
And that's all i can say.. By accepting the rig for repair the dealer accepts responsibility.. However your insurance may take care of the damage,, Then they can deal with the dealer.
And what is worse (for the dealer) is in this case the porter admitted negligence (not locking the door).
This disclaimer is in almost ALL business's. What it means is simple. It means that if due care is taken to your goods, they are NOT responsible if someone breaks in to your vehicle. if they do not secure(lock) your vehicle, they ARE responsible because there will be no break damage. Doug
