we have a pathway x2 portable and a roadtrip roof mounted satellite dish. The roof top dish is more convenient and easier to use if we are parked in a wide open parking lot. Otherwise, the Pathway wins hands down. If I had to get rid of one, it would be the rooftop mounted.
