I was looking at a map and how about southern Nevada for snow birding? Las Vegas area? Just curious.
Las Vegas is completely awesome! It's not "true" snowbird country as it can be pretty chilly 50's average but some days/nights in the 30's but we love it. We were "lucky" enough to be on the Strip during a rare snow storm and we have the pictures of use in front of the Welcome to Las Vegas sign to prove it.
If you want a nice warm Winter then I would suggest Phoenix, Tucson or Casa Grande, AZ. Want a touch of Winter? You can drive up to Flagstaff and enjoy yourself as it may be snow covered. Drive back down the hill and you are back in the 70's again. Some may mention Yuma, AZ but I find that to be just too isolated but it's a great place if you need to head across the Mexican border for some meds, dental work, eye glasses or a new paint job on your coach.
