We're I you I would look to and we like Arizona. Specifically Tucsom, Yuma, and the Pheonix area, in that order. Gives you lots of options with things to do regardless of what you like, you can find it near. We've tried RGV and the time we spent there was too windy for our taste, lived in Florida and had no desire to go back. Our sticks and bricks is in southern NM and it's not bad either.
