Las Vegas area is too cold for winter... even Laughlin is.
The warmest in Arizona would be Yuma and north to Quartzsite/Brenda then east to the greater Phoenix area (a huge area) and south to Tucson. Casa Grande gets high winds and dust storms. We were in two in one December and February.
