John, we stop often at the Leaf Verde RV Park in Buckeye, AZ, just west of Phoenix. This is a major snowbird park and is very clean. This park recently sold to a corporation that was family owned for over 30 yrs.
The story is that that the original owner bought a Prevost coach and couldn't find a good RV park that would accommodate it and open up this park with nice pull-throughs. The streets are paved, the lots are sand/dirt/gravel material.
This park has almost 400 spaces.
Safe travels,
MM.
