Was there not grandfather rights for parking your RV on a 1/2 acre lot, even if new homes were built in your area I would think those there before the change could keep right on doing what they have always done, Cali has sure ran right over peoples right..
Nope, not in the snobbish city I live. They do have excellent schools thought.
In my case the ordinance went even farther. I own 160' of curb and since all property are drive-in, street parking is never an issue.
So bringing RV a day before the trip for packing required going to Chief of Police, talking to his secretary as Chief would not see you, than go back later for 24 hr parking permit for your own motorhome park at your own curb.
Estimating return for another permit was also tricky.
