Another tip from someone on IRV2.com with an 04 TS with same question....call Terminal Supply in Troy, MI.

I have found that if you can find numbers/markings on the light, Google them and you may just get lucky.

Another option is to check with Entegra Coach. They seem to be using some of the same body panels (especially the rear) previously used by Travel Supreme. They may just have it or can give you a source.
