Have you looked at Nexus Phantom 23P - very similar, $59,900 -- but a lot of standard features included at that price like Onan generator, power driver seat, awning, etc. They also usually have a used one on their website if $$ is a concern. I was about to pull the trigger on a 22E when I ran across the Nexus. I wanted a traditional dinette and they were the only ones that would build one that way.
