We owned a 2014 Thor ACE before we traded for our current motorhome. Their customer service was great on the few things we did have issues with. The dealer we bought it from I will never go back to. We couldn't get our dealers service department to even call us back. So I started calling Thor and it was no problem getting the parts I needed for the few repairs it needed.
