P.S. I forgot to mention that it takes 1 hour and 15 minutes to fill the rear fuel tank. We are on our first road trip to Wisconsin. I talked to the dealer and they said to take it to a Ford dealer for a 15 minute fix. Why didn't Thor or the dealer do the fix? When we get back to warm and sunny Florida I will take a crack at it. On the way back we will run off the front tank. It takes only 15 minutes to fill.
My filling problem was with the front tank, which was added by Thor. The rear is the Ford factory tank, so yes, bring it to a Ford dealer. My shop sent me to Ford for the front tank, which Ford then confirmed that it wasn't their tank and sent me back to the RV repair shop, along with the documentation proving it was Thor's problem.
That said, the fix is simple, and based on the lack of knowledge most RV dealers seemed to have when trying to fix it, I'd suggest you tell them exactly how to fix it. The filler hose and vent hose at the neck are reversed, causing fuel to backup when filling. I literally had to bring it back 3+ times after they said it was fixed.
