We have a 2013 Thor Chateau. Not a super C, but a chateau none the less. We also had an issue with the on board water pump. We rarely use it, but when dry camping, I noticed it would burp in the middle of the night. I never shut it off because my bedroom is in the back and I didn't want to walk all the way to the front in the middle of the night to turn it on if we needed to use the potty. I noticed it during the warranty period and had them check it out. The problem was not with the pump, the on board water tank and a very small drip/leak at the low point drain. The low point drain sits on the side of the camper and we never noticed a leak. That shows how slow it was. But they narrowed it down to that. Thor was great about it. They replaced the lop point drain and the water pump for good measure. The tech at Camping World went the extra mile and mounted it some cushioning to deaden the sound of the pump. Before, you could hear it. Now, just barely. The only other issue we've had was sliide brakes that were replaced as the slide would release a little bit after it sat for a while when closed up. Not enough for it to leak, but enough that if you push the retract button, that it would move a little. And the drawer slides. I will say that they did a crappy job with the drawer slides. They only put one screw in each plastic piece that holds the slide up.
