Yup, same here. There are four problems with the shade mounts.
1. Two brackets is not sufficient to securely mount the shade.
2. The shades are held by the bracket by a tiny plastic tab, which breaks.
3. The shade brackets are held to the wall with ONE screw.
4. The screw in the wall has no wallboard anchor, it's just screwed into the thin wallboard.
By the way, the one in the bedroom is going to fall off too, give it time.
I contacted Thor and complained about this, and when I said I could do the repairs they sent me eight additional brackets so that I could install four brackets on each of the heavy shades. I used wallboard anchors and used two screws per bracket. The original brackets had three holes, but the new ones have two - which I believe to be sufficient.
