My house batteries died after a year. I found that the Series 29 batteries from Interstate will fit in the space where the factory ones are. I went with the Pro ECL which has a much higher RC than the factory batteries.

I never had issues with what I had before they died. When I'm driving down the road, the batteries are being charged, so no issues here. I don't boondock. If I did, I'd get a solar panel.
