It was a PCM reprogram. It fixed multiple issues. It's called recall 14E03, but I could not find a full list of what all it fixes. I know some of it -transmission shift points, DEF sensor, DPF clear time change, etc. I could fill the DEF tank and it would think it was empty, and this is why I finally took it in for the recall.
