If you go back a page and look at what Mbacfp30 has to say, he had bags and front shocks replaced saying it made a huge difference.
When I first talked to the guy that is installing the bags, he said it could make things better or worse. I did some research and from what I was able to determine on the diesel forums as well as from what Mbacfp30 has to say, I'm pretty confident it'll help. It is a bit of money to spend though and not knowing completely... :)
Did you end up putting your extenders back on or did you pull them off? The tire tech said he's even seen rocks get hung up in them pulling them off and causing other issues.
