Thor sent a factory representative to my home a couple of months ago and completely rebuilt it. They upgraded the slide to the triple rail system, all new motors, etc. They had to fix the big rollers on the bottom, and the plates they ride on. They found the rollers were screwed into wood, not metal. So, we are hoping for the best, we really want to keep the RV.

All in all, they spent about 10 hours working on it that day.

We have only been able to go on one trip since the repairs, so we are not sure yet.
