I'm scheduled to pick it up today. The shop I took it into had to bring in a driveline expert and as soon as he crawled underneath he knew what the problem was. The shop owner said "...it was completely installed wrong".
They had to order some "shims" and "bushings" and that's all I know at this point. To me that translates to a misalignment. This apparently fixed the issue but I plan to get more details this morning during pickup.
If it was that apparent to a tech, how in the world did this make it out of Q/A at Thor?
