Ok. I'm wondering if that was due to needing to replace the rollers. Yours was definitely much more of a catastrophic failure than mine. The pic of the roller wadded up is crazy. Luckily mine all look to be in good shape snd the contact patterns on the metal plates they ride on all look good too. But who knows.
