When I bought ours, it arrived at MHSRV in Texas literally 2 days before I took a one way flight out to pick it up and drive it home. After arriving home, I realized that it was missing the drivers side arm rest. I called MHSRV and they called Thor to tell them that the arm rest was missing. Thor denied the claim and said that the dealer should have caught the issue during the initial delivery.
MHSRV was kind enough to just order a new arm rest from thor and have them ship it directly to my house. After it arrived, I opened the box from Thor and.... They send me a passenger side arm rest. Fail. So I gave up and have just been driving without the drivers arm rest for the past 2 years. Heh. I keep forgetting to ask the ford dealer to order one each time I'm in there.
