Oh no...I use the arm rest all the time. Can't believe that didn't get picked up by ford before sending truck out. It's amazing how bad quality control has been in leu of more production goals. A tech at the place I bought the motorhome told me he has noticed that the companies are relying on the dealers more to fix stuff and companies are focused on max production. Said he started happening after the 2008 recession.
